The Corvallis Nativity Festival requires many volunteers to accomplish the finished product. We are always looking for those who are willing volunteer their time and efforts. Below is listed some of the types and times volunteers are needed. If you would like to volunteer, please email us at nativityfest@gmail.com. We hope to have volunteer slots filled by Nov. 18, so let us know ASAP if you can help!!
Background Music - looking for quality, live, instrumental background music for at least a half an hour during festival. Give us info and we will call to schedule times.
Monday Nov.26 - help with table set up, ironing (please bring irons and ironing boards, draping and general setup
Tuesday Nov. 27 - General Set up, set up of children's area
Wednesday Nov. 28 - General set up and deep clean of kitchen
Thursday Nov. 29 - Receivers and building cleaning THIS IS THE DAY TO BRING YOUR NATIVITY IN FOR DISPLAY!! 12 NOON TO 8 PM
Friday - Tuesday Nov. 3 - Dec. 4 - People to host/hostess during exhibit hours
Wednesday Dec. 5 - Take down and store, people to haul items back to storage (pick ups needed), and whole building clean up
We appreciate all who volunteer their time and efforts. It takes many hands to accomplish this wonderful tradition!
